Affiliate disclosure

This site earns commission from the operators it lists. That is worth stating clearly, in one place, in language that does not need decoding.

The arrangement in one paragraph

Top Casino Safe carries advertising links to licensed UK casino operators. If you follow one and open an account, the operator pays us — sometimes a fixed fee, sometimes a share of the revenue that account generates, depending on the agreement. You pay nothing extra, and the offer available to you is the same as it would be arriving at that site directly.

How the tracking works

Links to operators carry a tracking parameter — a short code in the address that tells the operator which site sent the visit. When a visit becomes a registration, that code attributes it to us. The links also carry the sponsored and nofollow attributes, which is how commercial links are marked for search engines under their published guidance.

The tracking sits on the operator's side, not ours: once you leave this site, their systems and their privacy policy apply. What we can see from our end is aggregate — how many people used a link — not who those people are or what they did afterwards. Our privacy policy covers the data question in full.

What the money does not buy

  • Position. The order of operators on the comparison follows the criteria, not the commercial terms.
  • Scores. No operator sees a score before publication, and none can request a change to one.
  • Silence. Where a site is thin on live tables or awkward to navigate, the review says so, commercial relationship or not.
  • Inclusion. Holding a Gambling Commission licence is a precondition for appearing at all. Paying more does not create an exception, and an operator without a licence cannot buy its way onto this site.

When a commercial arrangement ends, the review stays up as written. The alternative — quietly removing brands that stop paying — would make the comparison worthless to the people it is for.

How to spot a paid link on any page

Every commercial link here is a button or an operator name that leads off-site, marked in the surrounding text with an "Ad" label and an 18+ and terms notice. On the homepage, a disclosure sits directly above the operator list rather than buried in the footer. If you want to visit an operator without passing through our tracking, type its address into the browser instead — nothing on this site depends on you using our links.

Why disclose at length

UK advertising rules require affiliate relationships to be made clear, and the Advertising Standards Authority has been consistent about what "clear" means. Beyond compliance, a comparison site that hides how it earns is asking readers to trust a judgement while concealing the incentive behind it. Publishing the arrangement is cheaper than defending it later.

18+ only. Advertised offers come from the operators and are subject to their terms, which change without notice. Nothing on this site is financial advice or an inducement to gamble. If gambling stops being enjoyable, free and confidential help is available.
