Who is responsible
Top Casino Safe operates topcasinosafe.com and is the data controller for the processing described here. Questions, requests and complaints go to privacy@topcasinosafe.com, and we aim to respond within one month, as UK data protection law requires.
What we process
- Cookie choice
- Your response to the consent banner, stored in your browser so the banner does not reappear on every page.
- Measurement
- If you accept, aggregate statistics on which pages are read, at what depth, and which links get used. This is counted at page level and is not linked to an identifiable person.
- Server logs
- Our hosting provider records standard request data — IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type — for security and reliability. These are short-lived and we do not use them to build profiles.
- Correspondence
- If you email us, we hold that message and our reply for as long as the matter needs, and no longer than two years.
We do not collect names, addresses, dates of birth or payment details, because there is nothing on this site that would need them. The contact form does not transmit anything to us: it opens a message in your own email application, and nothing is stored by the page.
Why we are allowed to process it
Measurement runs on consent, given through the banner and withdrawable at any time by clearing site data in your browser. Server logs and correspondence rest on legitimate interests — keeping the site available and answering the people who write to us — balanced against the limited and unremarkable nature of the data involved.
Third parties
Two are worth naming. Typefaces are loaded from Google's font service, which means your browser makes a request to Google and that request is logged by them. Links to operators pass through their own tracking, so from the moment you leave this site the operator's privacy policy applies rather than ours — that arrangement is described in full in the affiliate disclosure.
We do not sell data, share it with advertisers, or run advertising networks on this site.
Retention
The cookie choice stays in your browser until you clear it. Aggregate measurement is kept for up to 26 months and holds nothing that identifies a person. Email correspondence is deleted within two years unless it concerns an ongoing matter.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. Given how little we process, most requests are answered in a sentence. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, which regulates data protection in the UK.
Children
This site is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, we do not knowingly process data about children, and no operator listed here may accept a registration from someone below that age.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Small corrections are made without fanfare; anything that affects how your data is handled will be stated plainly.
